Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

1. Introduction

SEND Technology Corporation ("SEND", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website and interface available at https://thesendcoin.com (the "Interface").

SEND is committed to user privacy and data minimization. The Interface is designed to function without collecting or storing off-chain personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data is (and is not) processed when you use the Interface.

By accessing or using the Interface, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Data Controller

SEND Technology Corporation
Incorporated in the Republic of Panama
Contact: yash@sendai.fun

SEND Technology Corporation acts as the data controller only to the limited extent described in this Privacy Policy.

3. Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Interface.

Where applicable, this policy is intended to comply with:

  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), and
  • Other applicable data protection laws.

Due to the public and decentralized nature of blockchains, certain rights and obligations described below may be technically infeasible.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

SEND does not collect, store, or require users to submit:

  • Names
  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • User accounts or profiles
  • Passwords or credentials
  • Private keys or wallet seed phrases
  • Behavioral profiles
  • Advertising identifiers

We do not require user registration to access or use the Interface.

5. Blockchain Data (Public, On-Chain Data)

What data is involved

The Interface interacts with public blockchains. As a result, the only data processed in connection with user activity consists of publicly available blockchain data, including:

  • Public wallet addresses
  • Transaction hashes
  • Burn amounts and timestamps
  • Other on-chain transaction metadata

This data:

  • Is not created by SEND
  • Is not stored in private databases by SEND
  • Is publicly accessible on the blockchain independent of the Interface

Any display or aggregation of burn-related data through the Interface is derived exclusively from public blockchain records.

6. No Off-Chain Personal Data Storage

SEND does not maintain off-chain databases of personal data linked to identifiable individuals.

Where technical indexing, caching, or querying of blockchain data is performed (e.g., via nodes, RPC providers, or indexers), such processing is limited to reading publicly available on-chain information and does not involve enrichment with personal identifiers.

7. Infrastructure and Technical Metadata

Our infrastructure providers (such as hosting, RPC, or security services) may temporarily process limited technical metadata (e.g., IP addresses) solely for:

  • Network security
  • Rate limiting
  • Abuse prevention
  • Service reliability

SEND does not access, store, or use such metadata for identification, analytics, or tracking purposes.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Interface does not use:

  • Advertising cookies
  • Tracking pixels
  • Behavioral analytics
  • Cross-site tracking technologies

If cookies are used in the future for strictly necessary technical purposes, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

9. Legal Bases for Processing (Where Applicable)

To the limited extent any data processing occurs, it is based on:

  • Legitimate interests in operating and securing the Interface, and/or
  • Compliance with applicable legal obligations

No personal data is processed for marketing or advertising purposes.

10. Data Retention

SEND does not retain off-chain personal data.

All blockchain data remains on the public blockchain according to its protocol rules and cannot be modified, erased, or controlled by SEND.

11. Your Rights (GDPR and Similar Laws)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as:

  • The right to be informed
  • The right of access
  • The right to object to certain processing

Important: Due to the immutable and decentralized nature of public blockchains, rights such as erasure, rectification, or restriction may not be technically feasible for on-chain data that SEND does not control.

Requests may be submitted to: aryan@send.fun

12. Children's Privacy

The Interface is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to secure the Interface itself. However:

  • Blockchain transactions occur on third-party decentralized networks not controlled by SEND
  • No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure

You acknowledge and accept these risks when using the Interface.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Interface after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
